Samsung may face the biggest joke in semiconductor history

According to media reports on June 24, Samsung may have made a huge joke in the semiconductor field. Industry analysts said that Qualcomm will become the exclusive SoC supplier for Samsung's Galaxy S25 series because Samsung's own Exynos 2500 chip yield did not meet expectations. This news confirms previous reports by Korean media that Samsung's yield rate was 0% during the trial production of Exynos 2500 processors. Samsung's total investment in the 3nm project is as high as US$116 billion, excluding the construction costs of the two subsequent 3nm factories.
