Xinlian Integrated Circuit has achieved a leading position in the domestic SiC MOSFET field

Xinlian Integration is the first domestic semiconductor manufacturer to achieve mass use of SiC MOSFET products in main drive inverters. Since the mass production of planar gate SiC MOSFET in 2023, 90% of Xinlian Integration's SiC products have been used in new energy vehicle main drive inverters. In addition, Xinlian Integration also announced an acquisition announcement, showing that its 6-inch SiC MOSFET production capacity is 8,000 pieces/month, and its 8-inch IGBT and silicon-based MOSFET production capacity is 70,000 pieces/month.
