Infineon Technologies Launches 600V CoolMOS™ S7TA MOSFET and OptiMOS™ 7 MOSFET Portfolio

Infineon Technologies has launched the 600V CoolMOS™ S7TA MOSFET with an integrated high-precision temperature sensor for automotive power management applications. At the same time, it has launched the OptiMOS™ 7 MOSFET to optimize on-resistance, design robustness and switching efficiency in automotive applications.
