Lenovo acquires Israeli enterprise storage company Infinidat, plans to establish Israeli development center

Lenovo recently completed the acquisition of Israeli enterprise storage company Infinidat for an undisclosed amount. Founded in 2011, Infinidat has raised $350 million so far, and its last valuation was over $1 billion. Lenovo plans to use this opportunity to set up a development center in Israel to further expand its business influence in Israel and around the world. Infinidat is known for its high-end enterprise storage solutions and has 500 employees, 300 of which are in Israel. Lenovo promises to retain all employees' positions and plans to expand the local team.
