BYD launches self-developed mid- and high-end intelligent driving solutions

Starting from 2023, some BYD models will be gradually equipped with its self-developed mid-to-high-end intelligent driving solutions, including high-speed navigation and urban navigation functions. At present, the self-developed intelligent driving team of about 1,300 people is going all out to complete the final delivery. It is understood that BYD’s current priority is to achieve equal rights for intelligent driving and implement self-developed algorithms. In September last year, BYD launched a high-end intelligent driving self-developed project, and the relevant solutions will be applied to low- and medium-priced models that have not previously involved mid-to-high-end intelligent driving. In addition, BYD is also carrying out intensive preparations, including data closed-loop work and after-sales plans.
