Ho-Chung New Energy's R&D and production facilities

Hozon New Energy has R&D centers in Shanghai, Jiaxing, Beijing and Hong Kong, and operates a vehicle factory in Tongxiang, Zhejiang. In addition, the company owns several auto parts factories in China. In Southeast Asia, Nezha Auto's factories in Thailand and Indonesia will be put into production in March and May 2024, respectively, while the factory in Malaysia has started construction in January 2024. As of December 31, 2023, Hozon New Energy has 2,132 R&D personnel, accounting for 26.9% of the total number of employees.
