Chery Automobile recalls 3,037 Tiggo 5x vehicles

Chery Automobile announced that it will recall 3,037 Tiggo 5x vehicles produced between August 22, 2023 and October 30, 2023, starting from June 21, 2024. The reason for the recall is that the welding between the rear axle longitudinal arm and the sleeve is not firm, which may cause the wheel to lose control and pose a safety hazard. Chery Automobile will inspect and replace the rear axle free of charge to eliminate the hazard.
