In addition to Silan Jihong and Zhongjing Xinyuan, there are many domestic companies that are actively developing the 8-inch silicon carbide market. These companies include Sanan Optoelectronics, Tianke Heda, Tianyue Advanced, Xinlian Integration, Qinghe Jingyuan, Hesheng Silicon, Dry Crystal Semiconductor, Tongguang Co., Ltd. and Keyou Semiconductor. For example, Qinghe Epistar successfully prepared an 8-inch SiC bonding substrate in April this year; the 8-inch SiC engineering batch integrated by Xinlian has been successfully rolled off the production line; Keyou Semiconductor has launched an "8-inch SiC perfect project" with Russian N company Cooperation on the "Seed Crystal" project.
