Porsche's global sales in 2024 will drop by 3%, with poor performance in the Chinese market

The latest data released by Porsche shows that the global vehicle delivery volume in 2024 is 310,718 units, a year-on-year decrease of 3%. Although sales in four of the world's five major markets have increased and set a record high, the sharp decline in the Chinese market has led to a decline in overall sales. In China, Porsche's delivery volume in 2024 was only 56,887 units, a year-on-year plunge of 28%. In order to meet this challenge, Porsche China's new president Pan Lichi has begun to comprehensively optimize and adjust the domestic dealer channels, planning to reduce sales outlets from 150 to 100.
