Tenneco sells Swedish premium suspension technology maker Öhlins Racing

Tenneco sold its Swedish premium suspension technology maker Öhlins Racing to Italian brake systems maker Brembo for about $405 million including debt earlier this month. The sale could help Tenneco invest in core areas and cut debt.
