Apollo Global Management considers listing of Tenneco's India business

According to reports, asset management company Apollo Global Management is considering listing the Indian business of automotive parts supplier Tenneco. People familiar with the matter said that Tenneco Automotive India Ltd. is valued at about $2 billion, and Apollo Global Management is in talks with potential underwriters for a possible IPO. If successful, the IPO could raise $400 million to $500 million.
