Chery Jaguar Land Rover Changshu Plant to Invest RMB 3 Billion in Electrification Project Reconstruction

Chery Jaguar Land Rover's Changshu plant will rebuild a new electrification project with a planned investment of 3 billion yuan, which is expected to be put into production in 2026. The project will add two new models, E08 (extended range) and E0V (extended range + plug-in hybrid), with an annual production capacity of 176,000 vehicles, and the total production capacity of the plant will remain unchanged at 200,000 vehicles.
