Saudi Aramco to acquire 10% stake in Geely-Renault joint venture

Saudi Aramco is preparing to take a stake of about 10% in Horse Powertrain Ltd., a powertrain joint venture between Renault Group and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, according to people familiar with the matter.
