On June 24, Guangxi Shenbao Bicycle Industry Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for a project to produce 100,000 two-wheeled electric vehicles per year and recycle 30,000 tons of waste batteries per year at the China-ASEAN New Energy Electric Vehicle Production Base. The project has a total investment of 200 million yuan and covers an area of ​​about 30 acres. It is expected to achieve an annual production of 100,000 electric vehicles and an annual recycling of 30,000 tons of waste batteries after it is put into production, creating 300 new jobs. In the future, it is planned to introduce internationally advanced production equipment and management systems, build a 5G smart factory, and increase production capacity to 500,000 electric vehicles per year. Gangbei District, Guigang City, Guangxi has currently introduced more than 100 two-wheeled and three-wheeled electric vehicle complete vehicle and spare parts companies, forming an annual production capacity of 5 million two-wheeled electric vehicles and 500,000 three-wheeled electric vehicles.
