Didi Chuxing officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Li Bin harvested another IPO

On June 28, Didi Chuxing was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with an issue price of HK$6 per share. This is the first listed company in China's shared travel sector and the fourth IPO obtained by Li Bin, known as the godfather of travel. Li Bin holds shares in Didi Chuxing through his family trust and other investment entities. Didi Chuxing issued 39,091,000 shares globally, and the public offering was subscribed 112.9 times.
