Lifan Technology denies rumors of acquisition of HiPhi

Regarding the recent rumors that Lifan Technology plans to acquire HiPhi, Lifan Technology said it had not heard of it. HiPhi also said it could not comment or explain any transaction or negotiation that had not reached a written agreement.
