Haima Automobile plans to transfer 12% equity interest in Hainan Bank

Haima Automobile's holding subsidiary Haima Finance intends to transfer all of its shares in Hainan Bank (360 million shares, accounting for 12% of Hainan Bank's total shares), and plans to pre-list it on the Shanghai United Equity Exchange in the near future.
