VSMC, a subsidiary of World Advanced, purchases technology license from TSMC

VSMC, a subsidiary of foundry company World Advanced, announced that it has agreed to purchase seven technology licenses from TSMC, including 130nm to 40nm BCD. The total amount of the transaction is US$150 million, which will be paid through self-owned funds, loans or cash capital increase.
