In order to implement copper smelting and supporting projects, Hunan Yuneng plans to introduce an employee stock ownership platform and a third party to jointly establish a joint venture company with a registered capital of 1.5 billion yuan. Hunan Yuneng intends to invest 65%-70% of the capital, with an investment amount of no more than 1.05 billion yuan, and the employee stock ownership platform and the third party intend to invest no more than 35% of the capital, with an investment amount of no more than 525 million yuan.
