Luzhou Laojiao's fund acquires stake in Tyco Tianrun Semiconductor

Guangzhou Phase I Jinduo Investment Partnership, a subsidiary of Luzhou Laojiao, has become a new shareholder of Tyco Tianrun Semiconductor Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Tyco Tianrun focuses on the research and development, manufacturing and related technical services of silicon carbide chips and silicon carbide power devices.
