Xingyao Semiconductor signs contract for 120,000-piece 5G RF filter wafer production line project

Xingyao Semiconductor has signed a cooperation agreement with relevant parties on a production line project for 5G RF filter wafers with an annual output of 120,000 pieces. The project covers a total area of ​​40 mu, with a total investment of RMB 750 million, and is scheduled to be put into production in March 2025. After reaching full production, the annual output value is expected to exceed RMB 780 million, and the tax revenue will reach more than RMB 34 million.
