Xinta Electronics invested 100 million yuan to build a power module packaging production line in Huzhou

The power module packaging production line built by Xinta Electronics in Huzhou has a total investment of 100 million yuan. It was officially put into operation in early 2024 and is currently in the mass production ramp-up stage. After the production line is fully put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual output of 1 million sets of power modules with an output value of approximately 300 million yuan.
