According to the announcement, Unigroup Guoxin's revenue from 2021 to 2023 was RMB 2.421 billion, RMB 2.316 billion and RMB 914 million, respectively, and its net profit was RMB 267 million, RMB 125 million and RMB -199 million, respectively. Since its establishment in 2006, Unigroup Guoxin has undergone many name changes, acquisitions and reorganizations. It has grown from the original storage division of Infineon's Xi'an R&D Center in Germany to an important subsidiary of Unigroup. Unigroup Guoxin is a product and service provider focusing on DRAM (dynamic random access memory) technology. Its main businesses include DRAM KGD, DRAM memory chips, SeDRAM and storage control chips, modules and system products, and design and development services.
