The construction of charging infrastructure in the United States lags behind

The US government has announced that it will invest $7.5 billion to build at least 500,000 public charging stations by 2030, but actual progress has been slow. Currently, there are only seven public charging stations in the United States, with a total of 38 charging stations for public use.
