SERES plans to acquire Huawei's series of trademarks and patents

On the evening of July 2, Seres announced plans to acquire 919 "Wenjie" series trademarks and 44 design patents held by Huawei and its affiliates, totaling 2.5 billion yuan. Among them, 740 trademarks have been authorized, and the rest are under application; 44 design patents are also in the application stage. This acquisition will not affect the cooperative relationship between Seres and Huawei, and the two sides will deepen cooperation.
