The opening ceremony of Honruishen Semiconductor Fab was grandly held in Nanjing Pukou

Recently, Hongruishen Semiconductor, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sanders Microelectronics, held a wafer fab opening ceremony in Nanjing Pukou. Hongruishen Semiconductor Nanjing Co., Ltd. was established in 2022 and is located in Nanjing Pukou Economic Development Zone. It mainly engages in the production and manufacturing of high-power semiconductor device wafers. Relying on the strong strength of its parent company, the company provides customers with wafers of standard and customized specifications. It is expected that by mid-2024, Hongruishen will achieve an annual production capacity of approximately 1,500,000 wafers.
