The company's products are divided into two categories: power chips and power modules, mainly including IGBT, MOSFET, FRD, SiC chips and modules. Among them, there are more than 600 IGBT module products, with voltage levels covering 100V~3300V and current levels covering 10A~3600A. The products have been successfully used in new energy vehicles, new energy, industrial control, locomotive traction, power transmission and transformation, white appliances and other fields. The company is the main supplier of high-power automotive-grade IGBT/SiC modules for main motor controllers in the domestic new energy vehicle market. In 2023, automotive-grade IGBT modules will be used to support more than 2 million sets of new energy vehicle main motor controllers.
