New foundry in Florida to become industry's first pure-play MEMS foundry to offer 12-inch wafer capacity

A new foundry on Florida's Space Coast will soon become the industry's first pure-play MEMS foundry to offer 12-inch wafer capacity. Operated by Rogue Valley Microdevices, the foundry will provide high-mix, low-volume wafer and MEMS foundry services for the defense and biomedical industries.
