According to people familiar with the matter, the valuation of Momenta chip project company Xinxin Hangtu has reached RMB 4 billion in the past 2-3 months. The company has raised at least US$100 million, of which Suzhou High-speed Railway New City has made a lot of contributions as the second largest shareholder.
