BAIC BluePark invests 1.612 billion to renovate Miyun factory

BAIC BluePark plans to invest 1.612 billion yuan to transform its factory in Miyun District to produce new energy passenger cars such as the Xiangjie S9. The factory has a planned annual production capacity of 120,000 vehicles and is scheduled to start production in December 2024. In a report released on its official website, BAIC BluePark predicted that the sales volume of the Xiangjie S9 in the next five years will be 60,000 in 2024, 120,000 in 2025, 120,000 in 2026, 96,000 in 2027 and 84,000 in 2028.
