Honda and Mitsubishi plan to establish battery joint venture

Honda Motor and Mitsubishi Motors announced that they will establish a new battery joint venture called ALTNA Co., Ltd. in July 2024. The joint venture was formally established based on the memorandum of understanding signed by the two parties in October 2023, with Honda Motor and Mitsubishi each holding a 50% stake.
