Zhejiang Xinke Semiconductor Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the construction of a 2-inch silicon carbide MOSFET power chip production line in Fuchun Bay New Town, Fuyang District, Hangzhou. The total investment of the project is RMB 1 billion, and the construction period is expected to be 24 months.
