On July 5, Xinwangda Power signed a cooperation agreement with Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory to jointly establish a public R&D platform for solid-state batteries. The move aims to integrate the technical and resource advantages of both parties and accelerate the commercialization of solid-state battery technology. At present, Xinwangda Power has successfully developed a semi-solid-state battery with an energy density of 300Wh/kg and a second-generation semi-solid-state battery product in the pilot development stage, and plans to conduct vehicle verification by the end of this year. In addition, the company has successfully achieved a small test of the first-generation all-solid-state battery product with an energy density of 400Wh/kg. All-solid-state battery products have also been tested in small trials and are planned to be mass-produced in 2026.
