Nanjing Utilities and Ganfeng Lithium cooperate on battery recycling

Nanjing Public Utilities, Ganfeng Lithium and Environmental Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement to establish a joint venture to jointly invest in the construction of a 300,000-ton waste battery recycling base in Jiangsu Province. The total investment of the project is expected to be 1 billion yuan, of which Nanjing Public Utilities or its controlling entity will hold 35%, Ganfeng Lithium or its controlling entity will hold 35%, and Environmental Group or its controlling entity will hold 30%.
