Great Wall Motors' self-developed smart card electric drive axle rolls off the assembly line

The Great Wall Zhika electric drive axle developed by Great Wall Commercial Vehicles has been put into mass production. The electric drive axle uses a self-developed dual oil-cooled flat wire motor with a motor efficiency of up to 97%, with the characteristics of uninterrupted gear shifting during climbing and unfailing power. In addition, the electric drive axle can effectively distribute the power of the dual motors according to the transportation scenario through the intelligent algorithm of the all-in-one power domain controller, optimize the gear shifting strategy, and thus reduce power consumption.
