Introduction to Sensortec Production Center

The production and testing plant of SensTech covers an area of ​​nearly 20,000 square meters. The heads of the production, testing and quality management departments all have more than 10 years of industry experience. At present, several research laboratories such as Class 10,000 clean rooms, aging rooms, and environmental laboratories have been built, which can carry out various specialized environmental reliability experiments such as salt spray, vibration, high and low temperature, and waterproofing. The company has one near-field and one far-field microwave darkroom, and the test frequency covers 24GHz~79GHz, which are used for principle verification and product indoor performance testing in the process of technology research and development. The company is equipped with 7 fully automated high-speed SMT patch production lines and 9 assembly lines. The production line equipment is all international first-line brands such as Samsung of South Korea and Panasonic of Japan. The degree of automation of the workshop is more than 95%, and it operates strictly in accordance with ISO/TS16949 automotive industry quality management standards. At present, the annual production capacity of the Wuhu production center reaches 3.5 million units. With the commissioning of the production line of Shijiazhuang Hikvision Science and Technology Park by the end of 2022, SensTech will achieve an annual production capacity of 10 million units.
