EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd invests in energy storage battery and consumer battery manufacturing projects

Yiwei Lithium Energy announced on July 6 that the company passed the "Proposal on the Subsidiary's Plan to Invest in the Construction of Energy Storage Battery and Consumer Battery Manufacturing Projects in Malaysia", agreeing that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Yiwei Lithium Energy Malaysia Co., Ltd. will invest in the construction of energy storage battery and consumer battery manufacturing projects with its own and self-raised funds, with an investment amount not exceeding RMB 3.28 billion. Since 2024, the company has signed cooperation agreements with a number of overseas companies to jointly invest in the construction of energy storage system projects and the production, marketing and sales of battery modules, outdoor cabinets and containers in Turkey, Malaysia and other places.
