Ruihu Mould and Chery Technology signed an equity transfer agreement

Ruihu Mould signed an equity transfer agreement with Wuhu Chery Technology Co., Ltd. Ruihu Mould will transfer all the equity of Dao (Wuhu) Automobile Products Co., Ltd. to Chery Technology at a price of 43.11 million yuan. After the transfer is completed, Ruihu Mould will no longer hold the equity of Dao Automobile.
