NXP leads the innovation of automotive millimeter wave radar technology

NXP Semiconductors has launched innovative single-chip radar and 4D imaging radar solutions in the automotive millimeter-wave radar field to help the development of ADAS and autonomous driving technology. Its 28nm RFCMOS single-chip radar can achieve 4D sensing at a distance of 300 meters, and the highly scalable 4D imaging radar chipset has been mass-produced in many car manufacturers around the world. For the Chinese market, NXP has launched an economical 4D imaging radar, which is expected to be standard in well-known domestic electric vehicle manufacturers in the third quarter of this year.
