About Jingxi Group

Jingxi Group inherits more than 100 years of history and accumulation of Dayton Engineering Laboratories (Delco) and Delphi. Dayton Engineering Laboratories was founded in Dayton, Ohio, USA in 1909 and became Delphi Chassis Systems in 1995. In 2009, Jingxi Heavy Industry acquired Delphi's global chassis suspension and braking system business, and continued to serve well-known automobile, motorcycle and special vehicle manufacturers. On September 19, 2022, Jingxi Zhixing Zhangjiakou Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd., led by Zhangjiakou Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Zhangjiakou Financial Holding Group) and jointly established by several investment institutions, completed the acquisition of Jingxi Group's controlling stake.
