In the open letter of the SAIC Feifan R7 owner, the owner called on the manufacturer to clarify the construction plan of the battery swap station and the battery buyout policy. The owner said that if the manufacturer has made it clear that there is no plan for new battery swap stations, it should clearly inform the owners of the rented batteries, instead of using "in the planning" to prevaricate. At the same time, for the owners of rented batteries who have not replaced the battery, if they want to buy out the battery, the so-called "handling fees and compensation" should be stopped. The owner asked the manufacturer to cancel the additional fees when returning the battery. The owner said that for the owners who need to withdraw from the RBS plan, no fees should be charged except the rent payable, and the so-called "3 months liquidated damages + 1,500 yuan battery removal fee" should be stopped.
