Summary of China's sodium-ion battery project dynamics in the first half of 2024

In the first half of 2024, a total of about 15 sodium-ion battery projects in China released new developments. These projects include 7 newly signed projects, 4 projects that have started construction, and 4 projects that are in the approval, environmental impact assessment publicity, filing and trial production stages. The total planned capacity of these projects is about 68.5GWh.
