Background and development history of Xinshinuo

Founded in October 2022, Xinshinuo was jointly initiated by industrial capitals such as Siasun Robotics, SMIC Juyuan and Novartis Capital. The company's business covers three major fields: semiconductors, LCD/OLED panels and new energy. Xinshinuo's wholly-owned subsidiary, South Korea's SYNUS TECH, was established in 1977 and is the world's fourth-ranked AMHS supplier. In the past twenty years, Xinshinuo's AMHS system has successfully achieved large-scale application and repeat purchases by many leading customers at home and abroad, especially in the semiconductor field, with cumulative orders exceeding 1 billion. As a system-level equipment in the wafer fab, the stability and reliability of the AMHS system are crucial to downstream customers.
