Zhanxin Electronics: SiC MOS has shipped 7.5 million units

Founded in 2017, Zhanxin Electronics focuses on the research and development and production of silicon carbide chips. Since September 2020, the company has successfully mass-produced 6-inch silicon carbide MOSFET chips. The company has developed and mass-produced a total of 156 products, including 117 silicon carbide (SiC) discrete devices, 14 silicon carbide (SiC) modules, and 25 gate drive and control chips. During this period, 130 intellectual property rights were applied for, including 72 invention patents. Over the past 7 years, the company has delivered a total of approximately 8 million SiC MOSFETs, 13 million SiC SBDs, and 45 million driver chip products. Its customers include well-known automobile manufacturers such as SAIC, BYD, and Huichuan United Power.
