NIO ET7 and Zhiji L6 use semi-solid-state batteries

NIO ET7 and Zhiji L6 have successively adopted semi-solid batteries. Among them, Weilan New Energy provides NIO with 360Wh/kg battery cells, with a cost of about 1,800 yuan/kWh, which is more than twice the current mainstream ternary batteries (as of July 2024, the cost of ternary batteries is 710 yuan/kWh). Since Qingtao Energy has not shipped in large quantities, Zhiji's semi-solid battery cost is similar to that of NIO.
