Microsoft and OpenAI disagree on business deployment in China

Microsoft and OpenAI have differences over the deployment of their business in China. Microsoft provides Azure OpenAI services in China, while OpenAI prohibits the use of its API in China. A Microsoft spokesperson said that OpenAI, as an independent company, has its own decisions.
