Innolux develops FOPLP technology and wins orders from two major European manufacturers

Innolux is currently developing FOPLP technology and has successfully obtained orders from two European leading manufacturers, NXP and STMicroelectronics. These orders are mainly concentrated in the automotive and power management IC fields. At present, Innolux's production capacity is fully loaded, and it plans to start mass production and shipment in the second quarter, and at the same time launch the second phase of expansion plan, with the goal of increasing monthly production capacity by 3,000 to 4,500 pieces.
