Sanan Optoelectronics: As of the end of 2023, Hunan Sanan already has a monthly production capacity of 16,000 pieces of silicon carbide and a monthly production capacity of 2,000 pieces of silicon-based gallium nitride. Hunan Sanan's silicon carbide technology continues to break through, and 6-inch silicon carbide substrates have been shipped in batches to international customers.
