Sanan Optoelectronics: Hunan Sanan, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, is one of the few vertically integrated manufacturing platforms in the silicon carbide industry chain in China. It is expected that from the end of 2023 to the beginning of 2024, the company's 6-inch silicon carbide production capacity will be expanded to 18,000-20,000 pieces/month. The 6-inch silicon carbide substrate has been verified by several major international customers and has been shipped in batches. The production capacity for the next two years has been basically locked in, and small-scale trial production of 8-inch substrates has been achieved. The company's silicon carbide chip products have been widely used in photovoltaics, energy storage, new energy vehicles and other fields with high reliability requirements. Among them, the cumulative shipments of silicon carbide diodes continue to lead the industry, and the 650V20A reliability data has reached 6000h. The fourth-generation high-performance products have been iteratively launched, and products that have passed automotive certification are being shipped continuously. The SiC MOSFET 1200V and 1700V series products include 80mΩ/32mΩ/20mΩ/16mΩ/1mΩ. The products are industry-leading in terms of on-resistance characteristics, breakdown voltage characteristics and threshold voltage stability. The 80mΩ product has been introduced into batch orders for photovoltaic and on-board charger clients. The automotive-grade 1200V16mΩ has been verified at several strategic customers and is expected to be officially put into mass production in 2024. The MOSFET foundry business has cooperated with leading new energy vehicles and supporting companies. At present, Hunan Sanan is focusing on promoting product delivery based on the long-term procurement agreement that has been signed, and continues to follow up on the cooperation intentions of several new energy vehicle customers.
