Secretary Dong, hello, recently some new energy vehicles have used 800v silicon carbide platform, which can achieve super fast charging. I think this application is a starting point, and it is bound to be vigorously promoted in the field of new energy vehicles in the future. What is the current position of the company in silicon carbide in China? It is recommended that the company should do some investor education under compliance, not just limited to text and pictures, but also video. Through platforms such as Douyin and Weibo, more investors can have a deeper understanding of the company's p

Sanan Optoelectronics: Thank you for your suggestions. Hunan Sanan, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, is one of the few domestic silicon carbide vertical industry chain manufacturing platforms. The industry chain includes crystal growth-substrate production-epitaxial growth-chip preparation-packaging. At present, the company's silicon carbide business in all links is progressing smoothly. In 2022, the company's silicon carbide substrates have been verified by several major international customers, one of which has achieved mass shipments, and the supply in 2023 and 2024 has been basically locked; the cumulative shipments of silicon carbide diodes lead the industry, with cumulative shipments exceeding 100 million, and the products continue to iterate. The fourth generation of high-performance products has been launched, and 7 models have passed the automotive certification and have begun to be shipped gradually. Silicon carbide MOSFET has launched a 1200V series of products, including 80mΩ/20mΩ/16mΩ. The products are industry-leading in terms of specific on-resistance characteristics, breakdown voltage characteristics and threshold voltage stability. Hunan Sanan and Ideal have jointly established Suzhou Sike Semiconductor, planning an annual production of 2.4 million silicon carbide half-bridge power modules. The silicon carbide MOSFET foundry business has cooperated with leading new energy vehicles and supporting enterprises, and has signed a strategic chip purchase intention agreement with a well-known car company for a total amount of 3.8 billion yuan. Another important customer has an order amount of 1.9 billion yuan (excluding tax). So far, the total amount of long-term purchase agreements for silicon carbide MOSFETs signed has exceeded 7 billion yuan, and there are several new energy vehicle customers who are following up on their cooperation intentions. Hunan Sanan and STMicroelectronics will set up a joint venture foundry company in Chongqing to produce silicon carbide epitaxy and chips exclusively for STMicroelectronics. The planned production capacity of the joint venture is 10,000 pieces per week after reaching full production; Hunan Sanan will set up a wholly-owned subsidiary to produce 8-inch silicon carbide substrates for the joint venture, with a production capacity of 480,000 pieces per year after reaching full production.
